As evening approaches, a relaxed orientation introduces the city before a carefully curated welcome dinner celebrating the flavours and hospitality that have welcomed travellers to Southern Dalmatia for centuries.

With your licensed local guide the day begins at Fort Lovrijenac, whose imposing walls have protected the city for centuries, then continues into the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town. Walking limestone streets, lively squares and hidden passageways, you discover not only the monuments but the artisan workshops, traditional jewellery, local cafés and markets that define the city today. Later the journey ascends Mount Srđ for panoramic views across Dubrovnik, Lokrum, the Elafiti archipelago and the open Adriatic, closing with a curated gastronomic experience.

Long before reaching Mljet the journey itself becomes the experience. Departing by private speedboat, you cruise across the Adriatic as Dubrovnik’s medieval skyline disappears behind you, passing islands and secluded coves. Surrounded by dense Mediterranean forest and tranquil saltwater lakes, Mljet presents an atmosphere entirely different from the city — Veliko Jezero, Malo Jezero and the island of St Mary, explored on foot, by premium electric bicycle or by kayak. A curated waterfront lunch precedes time to relax and swim before the return cruise.

A second day on the water, through the archipelago that has accompanied Dubrovnik’s maritime story for centuries. Koločep, Lopud and Šipan reveal hidden coves, secluded beaches and island communities living at a slower Mediterranean pace, with swimming and snorkelling in bays where the Adriatic is at its clearest. The final day follows one of Croatia’s most spectacular coastal roads to Pelješac. It begins in Ston, where monumental defensive walls, centuries-old salt pans and internationally renowned oyster farms illustrate the region’s cultural and gastronomic heritage. Panoramic roads then lead to one of the peninsula’s celebrated wineries, where among vineyards overlooking the sea you discover the wines that made Pelješac one of Croatia’s most respected regions, before a curated farewell lunch.
