Split, Salona & Trogir Heritage Experience

A full private day through the Roman origins of Dalmatia. The experience begins among the archaeological remains of Salona, once the capital of the Roman province and the birthplace of Diocletian, before continuing to the UNESCO World Heritage town of Trogir and the historic settlements of the Kaštela Riviera — three layers of the same coastline, each built on the one before.

The journey

  1. Morning

    Salona

A guided exploration of the ancient capital of Roman Dalmatia, where the amphitheatre, basilicas and city walls set the historical context for everything that follows along this coast.

  2. Midday

    Trogir

A guided walk through one of the Adriatic’s finest preserved medieval towns — a UNESCO World Heritage site on its own small island, connected by stone bridges — followed by a curated Dalmatian lunch.

  3. Afternoon

    Kaštela

The Kaštela Riviera and its fortified seaside settlements, built by noble families against Ottoman raids and now a quiet string of harbours between Trogir and Split.
